For users who registered on Leptis , the e-commerce platform for a big variety of products, all information is available online in your account and you may access such information at any time by logging in to your account through our website.

ANTI FRAUD STATEMENT

Leptis has been notified of fraudulent activities circulating in different locations, through phone calls, messages, emails, and such communications on the prize, promotion, recruitment, investment, and money transfer. If you encounter such information, please contact us. We urge you to beware of phone calls and messages with claims of winning prizes from Leptis and asking for your bank details. We do not ask for such information from our customers. Our promotion winners are listed in our stores, official websites & social media channels, while our recruitment process is done through either our official human resource teams or affiliated professional recruiting agencies. We urge you to immediately report such suspicious communication to relevant authorities and government bodies. Leptis reserves the right to take legal action, including criminal action, against such individuals and entities.

Under no circumstance, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Leptis be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, including but not limited to the information, materials on the page, page content, page code, user services or the software. While Leptis shall take reasonable precautions against security breaches, no webpage or internet transmission is completely secure, and as such, Leptis shall not be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages that may result from unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breached that may occur.
 

Exchange & Item return policy and product variation

Leptis takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your order, please send us an email at customercare@almadinagroup.ae and we will assist you. Inappropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Leptis , Leptis will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Prices and availability

Leptis reserves the right to update the prices at any time. While we will do our best to procure and deliver your order, certain products may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. In such cases: if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you will be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial refund for the price of the undelivered quantity. In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
 

The customer refund procedure might take up to two working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from the Debit / Credit Cards bank payment gateway as a reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.
 

CANCELLATION OF A DELIVERY BY LEPTIS

If for reasons beyond Leptis control - such as an incorrect delivery address, the recipient's absence, lack of an access permit, bad weather conditions, or similar, it should prove impossible or possible only with great difficulty, to carry out the delivery successfully, Leptis is entitled to cancel the User’s order. In this event, the User is not entitled to compensation or pecuniary of in-kind, however; in case of online payment, the refund will be initiated by Leptis at the soonest possible post the cancellation of the order, it is the responsibility of the bank to transfer the amount to the user's account, which takes approximately 3-5 working days.
 

AMENDING AND CANCELLING ORDERS

The User may not be able to amend the order once it has been confirmed as per the technical features provided by the Service. A confirmed order is eligible for cancellation for a limited time period until it is disbursed for the delivery post to its submission as per the technical specifications of the Service.
 

INCOMPLETE ORDER FULFILLMENT / SUBSTITUTION

The primary objective of Leptis is to deliver all the products ordered in the right quantity and to a high-quality standard. User acknowledges that the Groceries are subject to stock availability and to human errors. Leptis reserves the right to amend your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation remove any item that is out of stock, damaged, spoiled, or unavailable for any other reason, to successfully complete your order. It’s in our best intention to maintain the replaced item’s price the same as per the brand you ordered but in case of a higher valued replacement, the price may increase. We do our best to ensure that all items shown on our website are available to order. If, however, any product you order is out of stock or unavailable we may send you a push notification enabling you to select a substitute. If an item is not delivered, despite being billed, the amount in question will be credited to the User at a reasonable time after Leptis becomes aware of this. No subsequent delivery is obligatory to be made, and the customer is not entitled to claim any further compensation. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to the User. Please note that we will attempt to send the User a push notification of substitute products in the event that selected products are unavailable, the User may reject these substitutes. Although we will always try to cater to your orders, an order of unusually large quantities of different or one product can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the Shop.

JURISDICTION

The Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law. Any disputes arising in relation to this Privacy Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, U.A.E.
